Job Description
- Maintain/ Update/ File records of children, teachers and material.
- Act as a mediator to communicate essential information between parents and the Reach Montessori Nursery staff.
- Provide logistical support for events.
- Participate in meetings, seminars and workshops.
- Undertake routine tasks: printing, photocopying learning material, responding to e-mails, telephone duties, taking messages and noting appointments.
- Undertake, under the supervision of the academic adviser, the day-to-day banking, bookkeeping and general accounting duties including receipting and ordering.
- Work in accordance to the policies and ensure their correct implementations.
