Job Description
Key Account Manager will ensure the accounts of one or more than one client regarding sales, after sale, complaint handling, generating sales
He will look into the matters as following.
Handle, manage and make plans for product availability at the client.
To look after the sales / after sales activities of that particular client.
To see the customer service of that account
To handle after sale services of that account
He will have strategically approach to develop client relationship on long term basis.
It is based on long term relationship with strategic customers whose needs to understand in depth, for whom to develop a special offer with a differential advantage over the offers of competitors.
