Listening to the walk in customer’s requirement and presenting appropriately to promote sale.
Responding to incoming sales leads.
Negotiation with customer to close sales deals.
Review his/her sales performance, aiming to meet targets.
Attending team meetings and daily refreshers for sharing best practice with colleagues.
Responsible to handling all inquires of existing walk in customers.
Perform all the essential duties of front desk officer.
Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures.
Entering each activity in Data Base with proper work code.
Work to meet productivity, efficiency and effectiveness targets defined by the management.
Advising on forth-coming products and discussing special promotions with the walk in customers.
