Senior Unity Developer - Remote

Sparrow Interactive is now looking for a Senior Unity Developer to work on a massively multiplayer real time strategy mobil game. As a Senior Unity Developer, you will participate in the creation, development and maintenance of our mobile games. You will drive the implementation of new features that will help us evolve and take our games to new heights. Scaling our games into the top of the charts, you’ll have an opportunity to ensure our new features maintain optimal performance and continue to engage our players around the globe.

Responsibilities:
- Develop games using the Unity 3D game engine for Android and iOS platforms.
- Write high quality, reliable and maintainable code.
- Work with other team members throughout the development process from ideation to release
- Work closely with product manager, artists, designers and backend developers to create and iterate on game features.
- Create frameworks and systems that can be reused across projects
- Contribute unique and personal ideas toward all aspects of the games production and development.
- Work on POCs, try new ideas, influence product roadmap.
- Share project status, dependencies, risks, costs, and options through effective and clear communication

Qualifications:
- Fluency in English.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Unity Engine.
- At least 1 year of working experience with Smart Fox Server
- Experience with native integration (iOS, Android).
- Ability and resources to create builds for iOS and Android.
- Experience with REST API implementation in Unity.
- Strong knowledge of object oriented programming.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Experience with version control (Github preferred).
- At least 5 years of working experience in C# and 2 years of working experience in Java and Javascript
- Good experience working with Node.js APIs
- Familiarity with issue and project management tracking (ClickUp preferred).
- Able to write clean, well documented, extensible code
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to onboard and work remotely.
- The ability to learn quickly and the desire to learn new and exciting technologies.

Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong experience optimizing projects for mobile delivery.
- Fluency in networking and multiplayer concepts.
- Experience with Blockchain.
