Job Description

An overseas Group, specialised in accountancy and advisory services, is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its subsidiary company in Pakistan.

Ideally, you will be a Chartered Accountant, CPA or equivalent.

Reporting to the board of directors, the CEO will be responsible for managing the company’s Pakistan operations and driving growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the company’s mission, vision, and values
  2. Provide strategic direction and oversight to the management team to drive the business towards profitable and sustainable growth.
  3. Build effective high-performance leadership teams for greater efficiency and long-term success of the organisation
  4. Actively pursue business development opportunities and originate new client engagements
  5. Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company
  6. Lead the organisation’s annual business planning and budgeting process.
  7. Monitor organisation’s performance to ensure effective implementation of the decisions of the Board of Directors
  8. Present periodic business performance reports to the Board of Directors and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Specification

  1. Extraordinary passion, clear vision and strong leadership skills
  2. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures
  3. Formulating policy and developing and implanting new strategies and procedures
  4. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
