Job Description

Summary: The Project Manager (PM) role provides project leadership on highly visible intranet-related projects. Responsibilities include partnering with teams and effectively managing a portfolio of projects. The PM ensures that projects sustain momentum, stay on schedule and budget, and maintain good communication and optimal resource management in a dynamic environment of competing priorities

Build strong relationships with business areas to understand their unique and relevant
challenges and opportunities.
* In partnership with cross-foundation teams, lead all elements of the project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects. Apply project methodology using critical thinking and leadership skills.
* Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders and maintain momentum throughout the project.
* Work collaboratively with other project managers, business analysts and department leadership, share ideas and provide critical feedback at all levels.
* Create and manage project profiles, specifications and requirements, cost estimates, communication and risk management plans, and facilitate project wrap-ups.
* Facilitate decisions around project scope, schedule, and budgeting with key stakeholders.
* Evaluate work estimates from the technical implementation team and be prepared to approve or revise those estimates with the team.
* Build and manage the work breakdown structure against project milestones, allocate IT resources and track and report project progress, costs vs. budget, risks/mitigations, etc.
* Establish and maintain accountability for project team members, while managing resource allocations collaboratively with other project managers to ensure team members are appropriately tasked and load balanced across projects and day-to-day maintenance/operational work assignments.
* Consistently communicate the appropriate level of information (status, risks, outcomes, etc.) up to leadership as well as across project stakeholders and team members ensuring critical visibility for
the right audience.
