Job Description
Responsibilities/Activities:
* Conducting and participating in client meetings to analyze business process and problems and translate solutions into the functionality and requirement of the MS Dynamics software.
* Configuring and installing MS Dynamics GP, in accordance to the client's business requirements.
* Customizing MS Dynamics GP using Dexterity, VBA modifier, VS Tools for GP, and other tools
* Troubleshooting and supporting clients with existing installs of MS Dynamics.
* Performing software training for clients either 1on1 or in a classroom setting.
* Helping clients with reporting needs by documenting reporting requirements and developing reports for MS Dynamics either using FRx, Crystal reports, SQL reporting services or other reporting tools compatible with SQL and MS Dynamics
* Effectively work in a collaborative environment with a team leveraging the knowledge of the team and the firm while contributing to the overall solution and service to the client.
