Customer Services Manager & Marketing Manager
Main Job Responsibilities:
Manage multiple creative projects from concept through completion, including printed
collaterials POS Material Magazine Newsletters.
Establish creative direction for the entire line of online services and programs
Creatively Cover Colour PR Activities including press coverage
Prepare effective internal communication material related to all deco activities
Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness and adherence to
brand guidelines.
Undertake the design and distribution of e flyers e invites and e newsletters
Job Specification
Creative material when put together should strictly adhere to brand guidelines brand
tone of voice and imagz
Deadlines to be met and budgets not exceeded
Previous Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design and
management experience required; graduate degree preferred
At least 3to4 years experience working with large scale web sites e marketing aor
advertising
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Experience with software such as Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Flash
Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated
campaigns
