Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. To meet every class session promptly and ready for that sessions instruction.
2. Maintain necessary attendance, scholastic and student records, and submit them according to published guidelines.
3. Provide individual support and attention to students as required and through tutorials and individual meetings.
4. Actively participate in meetings as required.
5. Complete, in a timely and accurate manner, all required forms such as those related to attendance, grade reports, exam reports, student advising forms and all other assigned educational materials.
6. Effectively invigilate and mark all exams.
7. Develop, Adhere to and enforce CDC rules.
8. Encourage the development of communication skills and higher order thinking skills through appropriate assignments.
9. Maintain confidentiality of student information.
10. Facilitate a safe, positive and supportive learning environment.
11. Ensure that all educational activity is conducted in an ethical manner.
12. Any other job assigned by the management.

KPIs:
1. Responsible for developing student’s skills, knowledge, and attitudes commensurate to the goals of the program and effectively using tools and equipment to meet goals.
2. Planning, Preparing and Delivering effective lessons to meet student’s cognitive and affective needs.
3. Observe and evaluate students work to determine progress, provide feedback, and make suggestions for improvement.
4. Research and bring quality by continuously improving course material.
Experience, Education and Skill Set Requirement:
Education: DAE or B.Tec.
Experience: DAE (4 Year Experience) B.Tec. Minimum 2 years
Preferred: B.Tec
