Process HR requisitions for open positions as per BP.
Prepare IJP to fill in the vacant positions and initiate change forms for transfer cases as and when required.
Participation in job fairs at educational institutes.
Recruitment & selections process i.e. (CV’s Collection from portal etc, short listing, pre-employment test, arranging interviews) as per company policy.
Carry out reference checks of newly inducted employees.
Issuance of offer / appointment letters to the finally selected candidates.
Responsible for proper joining of new employees and organize orientation programs.
Processing of confirmation advices and issuance of confirmation letter.
Learning & Development
Responsible for learning and development activities determination of internal trainer, development of training material, ensures logistic IT support, reservation of venue and proper execution of learning event.Responsible for preparation & execution of learning and development plans to enhance capability of employees as per core competencies, keeping in view the business plan Ensure to cater all employees’ training as per TNA, in case they are not available as per training plan ensure to include them in retraining event.
Maintain record of learning and development data of employees and prepare reports as per corporate guidelines.Manage apprenticeship & MT program
Assist HR Business Leader Associate Talent Acquisition Learning and Development in briefing session to functional heads / appraisers, printing and distribution of appraisal forms, getting feedback, updating data sheet for approval and issuance of increment/ promotions letters.
