Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Generate Web Solutions leads from internationally present small and medium organizations.
-Call new and existing business using online means such as skype and online bidding platforms using consultative sales approach to enhance the customer experience.
-Utilizing online bidding platforms such as Elance, Odesk, Freelancer, and communication through online B2B websites to engage consumers.
-Resolve issues, offer solutions and/or sell value added solutions and services
-Meet departmental goals and performance standards
-Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
-Maintain accurate account records and reports.
