We are seeking an experienced Functional expert who has extensive knowledge of the R12 Oracle Financials E-business suite of products. The primary responsibilities of this role is that of a Senior Business Analyst with a broad expertise in Oracle Financials in the (Oracle Financial),(Oracle Inventory Management),(Oracle Purchasing),(Oracle Order Management),(Oracle Discrete Manufacturing)modules. The candidate would lend their skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. There is also a great opportunity to manage new product implementations to extend the Projects and services organization suite of products. Work on a team as an Oracle E-Business Suite analyst who can setup, configure and support primarily PA and some or more of the Oracle Financials suite of products. Would also consider a candidate who has worked as subject matter expert on an Oracle ERP from the finance perspective. The candidate should have strong Financials implementation experience combined with an in-depth understanding of business requirements which can be translated into solution documents. Must include knowledge of the 'Core Financials. We are looking for a candidate to have specialist expertise in some of the above core areas, however the ability of the candidate and their experience is most critical to our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments, and may provide guidance to other personnel. Perform Oracle Financials setups. Define new business requirements and provide gap analysis. Prepare detailed functional specifications for extensions, interfaces, reports and conversions. (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions). Support production : monitor and troubleshoot , initiate and monitor system processes. Understanding of business process and ability to provide resolution to issues which satisfy the user needs. Development and delivery of end user training. Experience with other tools such as Business Objects or alternative reporting tool. Configuration & Technical Knowledge Exposure to Oracle 12 configurations. Proven experience configuring Oracle 12 in the most optimal manner meeting business requirements. Working knowledge of the Oracle underlying data model in order to support analysis and issue resolution.
10+ years work experience with Financials modules Wide implementation experience in implementing Oracle Financials.The successful candidate's experience should also include experience in implementing Oracle Financials modules. R12 experience is a distinct advantage. Experience working in and understanding complex inter-related systems. Accounting background and experience a plus. Knowledge of Oracle modules in the Financials suite with primary knowledge in (Oracle Financial),(Oracle Inventory Management),(Oracle Purchasing),(Oracle Order Management),(Oracle Discrete Manufacturing) and with secondary knowledge in supporting modules a plus. Ability to work with a technical team and be able to understand and communicate technical requirements. Required Skills: Strong communication skills. Good leadership ability who can drive issue and projects to conclusion. SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Forms, Discoverer and JSP) required, Technical understanding desirable. Project Management experience a plus. Good team player and able to work with a diverse group of people who reside in different locations. Self-starter who is solution and customer focused.
