Job Description
- Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
- Frequent sittings with non-performing work force
- Study organizational effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency.
- Entertain day to day operational and employee related issues grievances.
- Assist Manager in Performance Management.
- Maintaining effective filing system for all records, training system / processes to ensure that all records are maintained as per set standards.
