1. PHP 5 (OOP Approach)
2. MySql 5 (Must have Database designing skills)
3. HTML 5 / XHTML / DHTML (Div based layouts)
4. CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery
5. Google/Facebook API's
6. Design Slicing
7. XML, RSS, CURL (Basic Level)
8. Local Web Server Setting (APACHE, PHP, MySql, PHPMyAdmin)
It will be a plus if you have open source CMS experience.
