We need Professionals in the Information Technology Department in the Application Development Area:

Job title: Senior Software Engineer, JAVA
Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of design and development on relevant technology platform
- Good knowledge of SCM related processes and activities.

Key Responsibility Areas

- Analyzing, designing and writing software programs according to the company needs
- Interact with Application Management Group Head, Team Leads and Architects to develop and implement detailed technical designs.

- Perform programming and adhere to programming standards and processes
- Testing programs and faults finding.
- Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects
- Problem solving and thinking laterally as part of team, or individually to meet needs of the assignment
- Acquire new skills in various programming languages and development environments
- Ensure proper communication to immediate supervisor within the project
- Assist with design, coding, unit and integration testing debugging and documentation of programs
- Guide new/junior developers with design issues identified during development and testing phases
- Assist the team lead/BA in definition of business and project scope
- Support and assist the Team Lead/BA in requirements definition
- Assist in developing internal and external design specification
- Provide post implementation and on-going production support.

Candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills. They should have a proactive approach, handle pressure and time constraints. Must be team players.
