Job Description
To manage a team of Sales executives/Officers and be a guiding force for the team.
To get the desired output from the team members by regular supervision.
To achieve sales targets of respective region, the target achievement will be evaluated on quarterly basis.
To expand dealership network.
Co-ordinate with all Marketing & Sales team.
Submit daily/weekly performance report to the concern head.
Any Other assignment from Top Management.
Job Specification
Min-Qualification Relevant Masters Degree
Preferred Qualification Masters degree in Marketing
Overall Experience 5 to 7 Years
Relevant Experience 3 to 4 Years
