Job Description

Highly Keen - The HR institute is looking for Manager Retail Operations for one of its clients related to retail industry (Shopping Center & Bakery & Grocery). Job Description of Required Candidate is following;

1.Develop yearly sales plans by keeping in view the target from top management, Sales forecasting and last year’s sales performance.

2.Achieve monthly sales targets of shopping centers through his team and prepare a report of monthly sales.

3.Achieve monthly sales targets of Bakeries through his team and prepare a report of monthly sales.

4.Perform unannounced visit of any one shopping centre or bakery on daily basis to check the performance of in- charges and his team.

5.Monitor and guide In-charge Shopping Centre/s and bakeries’ supervisors on their performance in reference to their performance parameters and ensure a smooth operational functionality of all operation’s domains.

6.Ensure quality customer services at all retail outlets (Shopping centre/s and Bakeries), by reducing customer dissatisfaction incidents and arranging mystery shopping.

7.Ensure that In-charges of shopping centre/s are purchasing the stock as per the demand to avoid over or under stocking.

8.Look after the procurement related administrative matters when required (In absence of In-charge)

9. Ensure the smooth operations of Warehouse by getting weekly stock in and out report from In-Charges and also ensure weekly warehouse audit of shopping centre/s.

10. Look after the warehouse administrative matters when required (In absence of In-Charge)

11. Conduct quarterly meetings for setting / reviewing / revising performance standards and KRAs of the direct reportees. As well as conduct time to time performance monitoring sessions (as & when required)

12.Perform Performance evaluations of immediate staff on quarterly basis.

13.Ensure Proper Training & Development of the Staff wherever & whenever needed through performance appraisal and training need analysis.

14.Developing staff through formal and informal coaching, counseling & mentoring sessions.

15.Succession Planning: Develop a successor of himself as well as successors of his immediate subordinates.

16.Do second (technical) selection interview of staff needed to be hired in retail operations division.

17.Assist top management in planning new outlets, finding new places, new place sales forecasting and be responsible for the inauguration day activities of new bakeries and centre/s.

18.Deal with brands to open their shop in shop and give them proper place as per their requirement after the approval of top management.
