Job Description
Respond to all mentions, replies and direct messages to our company on social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, etc.)
Monitor posts, comments and other things being said about our company on Social Media outlets.
Listen to, interact with, and engage our fans/followers in real time to build a relationship with our current customers.
Listen to and participate in relevant conversations to build the fan/following for our company - that will hopefully translate into new customers.
