Job Description
Dynamic Solutions Pakistan is seeking energetic cadidate to provide technical support and training for DSPAK Products such as DynamicERP, Dynamic Business Control System, Suchool Campus Management System, Hospital Management System, Financial Accounts Management System and RealEstate Management Systems etc. You will gain an in-depth understanding of DSPAK Products to provide customer support to customers all over the world.
Qualification:
1. Degree in coumputer science.
2. Pepople person with excelent phone and email manners.
3. Good English and Urdu writing and speeking skills.
4. Good Typing Speed.
5. Someone who both enjoys and excels at problem solving.
6. Very knowledgeable on all Microsoft Office products.
Job Specification
Requirements:
This position involves providing support for various software products. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:
1. Providing phone, whatsapp, anydesk and email support to troubleshoot user issues.
2. Recommendation product enhancement to improve the products.
3. Responsible for quality control / bug testinf of new releases.
