- Maintaining complete & correct Employee Database
- Maintaining complete & correct Employee Training Database
- Maintaining complete & correct Employee Skills Database on Global bases
- Maintaining complete & correct Bench Database
- Provide Employee Induction Support to Operational HR Lead.
- Liaison for Surveys, appraisals, events
- Prepare, get review and process following HR paperwork:
Offer letters, Salary Certificates, Confirmation Letters, Experience Certificates, Transfer / Increment / Promotion letters, Employment package support, Others
- Make available all Employee resumes updated on quarterly bases and their availability at Portal.
- Maintain Employee Personal files electronic and hard copies.
Job Specification
- University degree BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum of 6 months working experience in HR field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft word, Power Point & Excel)
