Job Description
- The incumbent shall be responsible for product positioning, through competition and market needs survey.
- Sales and follow up of major accounts and clients.
- Coordinating with customers over the phone, email, or on site to assist in technical aspects of business development.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our products meet client needs.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
- Searching for new clients and maintaining existing long-term relationships with customers.
- Generating technical sales proposals and contracts (Statement of Work, Services Proposals).
- Working with the engineering team to ensure development schedules and deliveries are being met.
- Attending and/or participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Job Specification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical preferred).
- Experience and Proven Success in a Technical Sales Role for Generators.
- Ability of selling in complicated sales surroundings with both technical and business buyers.
