Job Description
Acting as liaison between the Executive Director Office, subordinates and others by transmitting directives, instructions, assignments and following up on the status of assignments
Updating ED on status of issues before scheduled meetings
Arrange business meetings by coordinating with participants taking minutes and preparing meeting status sheet in order to accomplish objectives of the meeting by maintaining thorough coordination
Screen incoming correspondence and different reports, making assessments based on significance of documents and relatively organizing such documents and materials before presenting to ED
Attend to incoming calls and visitors, determining priority matters and intimating the ED accordingly. Consequently, making referrals and/or providing requested information to appropriate staff members
Arrangement of Air tickets/Visas for several countries
Dispatch of various Letters
Maintain proper record of bills and all other documents
Keep strong liaison with internal and external stake holders on behalf of Executive Director
Oversee all types of corporate communication

Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills
Proficient in MS office
Fluency in English & Urdu
Good Typing speed
