- Proactive monitoring of all servers, applications and services to ensure high availability and to meet SLAs.
- Responsible for all system administration duties on Active Directory server, Proxy Server, File Server, Email and other servers including install, debug, maintain, upgrade, and general support.
- Maintaining Network & Data Security Company wide.
- Responsible of integrating new technologies/solutions in existing I.T infrastructure.
- Assist IT Manager in different ongoing projects.
- Responsible for regular onsite and offsite system backups and restorations.

Bachelors in Computer Science
- MCSE, MCSA, CCNA preferred
- Must have hands on experience of managing Microsoft Active Directory ISA and Exchange server
- Expertise on DNS, DHCP, FTP, storage, backups, domain hosting, system security
- Strong knowledge of industry standards like ISO9001, ISMS 270001 etc


Good sound knowledge of telecom industry and data services
Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace work environment.
Ability to solve issues and maintain positive relationships with clients and team
