Job Description
Looking for an EXPERIENCED Social Media Expert to be the brand advocate/ evangelist responsible for engaging and encouraging on-going conversations with fans/users on all social media outlets. The specialist needs to develop a brand strategy and tone while creating a consistent voice for our online brand(s). The position requires a person to be in Karachi, a self-starter and works well INDEPENDENTLY in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Social Content. Should be able to understand the brand(s) quickly and write content in a socially engaging way. This includes but not limited to company blog, articles, Facebook wall posts, Tweets, blog commenting, Facebook fanpage commenting, LI company updates, and all the other social copy.
- Visual Content: Should be able to work in line with the designer and animator to produce web-videos, power-point presentations and graphics (infographics/pictures). Should know what formats (graphics, video, text, links, etc) are trending to get more engagement activity
- Engagement: Make sure that the network engages, participates, likes, subscribes, comments and shares. Should be able to instigate discussions, identifying or creating strategically key content that gets people talking, participating or sharing
- Analytics: Should be able to track metrics (likes, followers, subscribers, sales) with basically one purpose in mind: figuring out how your social media efforts are actually performing.
Job Specification
Qualification, Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelors / Master’s degree in Marketing / Advertising / Relevant subjects.
- Excellent Computer Skills with Proficiency in Microsoft Office& internet browsing.
- Must have at least three year experience of working as a social media marketer in an online business.
