Manager Operations

1. Supervising Production of Polyester Wadding Unit, Ball Fiber & Pillow Filling Unit, Lamination Unit and a small size stitching unit.
2. Meeting production targets, and maintaining cost controls.
3. Inventory Management.
4. Reporting and synchronizing the activities of manufacturing facility with Directors.
5. Controlling work flow through all departments falling under him.
6. Suggesting and implementing improvements in production/procedures and balancing of equipment/manpower.
7. To help organize all the departments and establish Standard Operating Procedures.

Masters/Bachelors degree in textile engineering or related field
At least 3-5 years of hands on experience, preferably in stitching/quilting units (polyester wadding unit experience is a plus).
Strong Leadership and Organizational skills.
Experience in Workforce Management.
The candidate should be computer literate.
2 bed apartment accommodation shall also be provided.
