Job Description
LAN Support
1. To troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve the issues related to LAN, hardware and voice efficiently to ensure maximum up time of infrastructure
Complain Management system
2. Log all complaints / quires / services requests / requisitions in a repository in order to measure efficiency and future root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of the issue
3. Periodic maintenance of hardware / software
Other
4. Provide timely support on need basis to international operations by evaluating and prioritizing the issues
5. In absence of supervisor, responsible of coordinating with third service provider / vender for resolution related to telephony and call recording solution provider
6. Handle daily tasks given by supervisor / Manager
7. Minimize resolution time by providing timely support and escalate issues on times to higher ups.
8. Coordination with other departments for network and systems backend quires
9. Religiously follow the departmental processes and policies
Job Specification
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills - very good command of both spoken and written English and Urdu.
The jobholder will be expected to maintain close and effective personal working relationships at all levels of the organization
