Job Description
To perform complete Mechanical Designing and Detailed Engineering of static equipments (Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Steam Boilers, Process & Power Piping) for EPC projects and inquiries in accordance with the relevant codes and standards.
To check detailed fabrication drawings prepared by drafting team according to the design calculations.
To prepare & check Piping Plot Plan, Line list, line Index, piping specifications, isometrics, carry out stress analysis, support selection, surge analysis etc. related to all piping projects.
To prepare mechanical datasheets of equipments.
To prepare Material Requisitions and to check material test reports in accordance with applicable codes.
To prepare BOQ & check Material Estimate Sheets (MES) according to fabrication drawings.
To coordinate in technical matters with other departments in Engineering works & review Vendor Data Sheets (VDS).
To keep up the planned job schedules for in-time completion.
Job Specification
Hands on experience of Design Engineering, understanding of Codes and standards, experience of relevant industry, Good Communication skills.
