Key Responsibilities
1. Provide second level product support of over 200+ custom .Net application implementations
2. Investigate application issues and customer-driven problems
3. Identify and develop tools, techniques and procedures for improving the performance, availability and reliability of applications
4. Work with development, support and engineering teams to design and refine processes, procedures, and delivery mechanisms
5. Act as a customer issue resolution engineer and take ownership of problems
6. Resolve issues wherever possible and when not, identify and document problems clearly for escalation to Engineering
7. Log, investigate and track technical issues from Services and Clients
8. Ability to analyze existing code and determine recommended solutions
9. Understand, capture, log and track functional requests from Services and Clients
- Support deployment / upgrade issues

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Requirements
1. BS or BA or equivalent work background plus 2-3 years of experience in a distributed web services and enterprise software environment or equivalent
2. Expertise of Microsoft ASP.NET, JavaScript and enterprise level Web application implementations and support
3. Strong understanding of Microsoft Server and database operations
4. Experienced in project delivery, to include system implementations, enterprise software deployments and upgrades
5. Strong investigation and problem-solving skills, takes ownership, follows issues through to completion
6. Strong customer facing focus and excellent written and spoken communication skills
7. Possesses a do whatever it takes attitude toward getting the job done, putting forth the time and effort to accomplish goals
8. Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, work under deadlines and subject to heavy project load
9. Ability to work comfortably with minimal supervision, take responsibility, deal with ill-defined problems
10. Excellent interpersonal skills, is a proficient problem solver, has the ability to acquire new skills quickly, and thrive in a collaborative team environment
