Your job responsibilities:
- Develop, evaluate, and optimize marketing strategies with specific objectives across different channels, especially blogs. This will also entail defining our content pillars to make guest blogs relevant to our business needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Generate new business leads and create strategies to increase brand awareness via blogs.
- Lead execution of marketing projects in collaboration with the sales and resume writing departments.
- Manage web content and SEO efforts, perform thorough content and SEO audits for opportunity and gap assessment.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights with recommendations for future strategy development.
- Manage the marketing team.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
