Sales And Marketing Executive - Real Estate

We are looking for smart and energetic Sales Executive-Commercial Project candidates in our Wah Cantt Office, who will be responsible for selling residential and commercial ongoing projects for our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organizing sales visits
• Demonstrating and presenting sales products (Residential & Commercial)
• To Bring potential investors.
• To Enhance Client base along by using PR and social media platforms
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in well-known projects
• Must have sufficient knowledge of social media marketing tactics (zameen.com, Gharana, olx, re-known facebook real estate pages and groups
• Good knowledge about the commercial project i-e Kohistan Enclave, Faisal Hills, New City Phase 2, and other nearby societies.
• Excellent verbal communication and selling skills
• Research new markets as and when needed.
