- Responsible for overall bakery issues.

- Timely deploy manpower on the floor to handle customers services and other bakery working
- Responsible for communicating all maintenance issues within time with concerned person.
- Responsible for increasing bakery sales.
- Responsible for effectively handling customer issues and compliance
- Effectively manage demands for all bakery items and timely coordinate with Production Unit.

- Food technologist is encouraged.
