1: House Keeping.
2: Provide assistance in administrative function.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of physical assets and office, including vehicles, equipment, furniture, and Showroom building.
3: Establish systems to facilitate efficient vehicle use and proper maintenance.
4: Maintain office records.
5: Undertake any other activity that contributes to the smooth running and development of Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd.
Job Specification
1: Knowledge of a purchasing and payment systems.
2: Able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
3: Able to work accurately with excellent attention to detail.
4: Able to cope well when under pressure from competing priorities, unpredictable requests and interruptions.
5: Able to meet deadlines.
6: Equable temperament.
