Job Description
- Handling inbound calls
- Handling queries of the customers and providing information as per defined standards
- Educating customers about the product & services of the bank
- Providing feedback to the team leaders about product and process and contribute in the improvement
Job Specification
- At least a graduate. Experienced candidates will be preferred. Fresh candidates may also apply.
- Open to work in shifts (Female staff will be working in morning shifts only)
- Good Communication skills both in English & Urdu also includes:
1. Voice/ speech clarity
2. Pronunciation & Calmness in tone
3. Conversation speed
- Should not have issues of stammering/stuttering/Nasal
- Basic computer skills mandatory
- Able to work under pressure
