Job Description

1. JOB PURPOSE

Candidate should have technical knowledge with sales skills, and will be expected to contribute the achievement of the company’s vision and growth plans by continuously generating business form existing and new clients for the company portfolio of products and services in the field of Power Generations.

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following, while other duties may be assigned thereafter.

a. Sales
- Responsible for achieving sales targets set for Power sale, profitability and collection targets.
- Expected to conduct the following; Source and research sales leads.
- Discuss and negotiate requirements with costumers.
- Assist in the preparation of technical submittals and compliance statements to specification.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the industry and concerned market.
- Well Preparing and Calculating of client quotations.
- Establish a quality customer base.
- Closely interact with customers, understand and identify their needs.
- Demonstrate products on site to customers and establish their suitability to customer
- Identify, well in advance, upcoming projects.
- Convey customer feedback to appropriate levels of management, especially feedback of technical nature.
- Ensure satisfactory level of after sales service.
- Attend promptly to customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Clearly understand and follow to the warranty policy.

b. Collection
- Communicate credit period and payment terms to customers clearly.
- Assist the debt collector whenever so called upon.
- Ensure completeness of sales documentation, which will be a pre-requisite if a receivable turns doubtful and legal action is required to be taken.

c. Sales Administration
- Initiate steps to procure products required through Central Logistics Coordinator, Sales Manager.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Ensure submission of quality certificate, data sheet, product brochures, wherever necessary.
- Ensure submission of invoice and other related documents to customers without delay.

1. Educational Credentials
a. (B.E/MBA) in Electric Mechanical and Marketing - or other related field
2. Work Experience
a. Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
3. Language Skills
a. Ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively; in English and Urdu.
English language level shall not be less than proficiency Average.
4. Computer Skills
a. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a good level of computer skills.
b. MS Office Package, Internet software and Inventory software.
5. Other Skills and Abilities
a. Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills.
b. Ability to understand, interpret and anticipate operating environment.
