Job Description
This post requires a highly dynamic individual who will support and assist the Program Manager in mobilization of resources for Al-Khidmat Orphan Care Program. Essential facets of the role include: development of Financial Resource Mobilization Strategy, coordination and liaison with donor agencies including government and international organizations for resource mobilization activities (in consultation with Program Manager), development of wining proposals and organization of fund raising campaigns and events.

Main Tasks
Develop Financial Resource Mobilization Strategy for AOCP
Develop a resource mobilization strategy in consultation with Program Manager
Identify funding opportunities and prepare proposals, concept notes and necessary program documents
Work with all Sections and partner consortia (Regions and Clusters) to prepare for project proposals from their respective sections, evaluate the proposals, and provide technical assistance for development of proposals.
Donor Liaison and Coordination
Keep fruitful relationship and liaison with representatives of bilateral and multilateral agencies through informal networking briefings and formal interactions such as participating in the relevant donor thematic group meetings/consultative groups and advisory groups
Networking and partnership developments for resource mobilization
Coordinate efforts to ensure the timely delivery of qualitative donor reporting
Organize Fund Raising Campaign and Events
Develop proposals
Program and venue management
Coordination with participants and agencies
In addition
Coordinate with AOCP Staff, National & International partners
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports
Undertake business travel as required
Undertake any other activity that contributes to the smooth running and development of AOCP
