Job Description
o Handle all guests reservations according to our standard procedure
o Advise guest in treatment menu, packages and products and assist in inspection
o Handle cashiering duties, petty cash and financial updating
o Provide Clients Consultations
o Ensure smooth working handover between Guests and therapists/instructor
o Make sure all spa bar and lounge area are clean, fresh, and tidy
o Make sure that retail products is display nicely with update prices
Handling retail sales and make sure all inventory data is accurate
Make sure all appointment and staff schedule is update in system
Control and maintenance the Communication Equipment installed in her office
Understand and able to operate software system available in the office
Always have initiative to able done all the tasks given by supervisor and take responsibility for your actions

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
English and Urdu
