Job Description
Responsible to ensure that all materials are being orders for purchase as per requirements.
Responsible to keep all the purchases on timely.
Responsible to prepares and assists others in preparing purchase documents ensure that quality specifications are including on the purchasing documents and obtain appropriate approval of respective samples.
Responsible to maintain the bill of material against each order.
Responsible to keep all purchasing records in proper filling & ERP.
Follow up daily and urgent arrangement of shortfall.
To perform any work that may be assigned by the Manager Procurement from time by time.
Job Specification
Atleast Graduate with 2-3 years of experience. Purchase planning controlling and maintaining with efficient purchasing and quality.
