Tele Tech Solutions is in the process of hiring Customer Service Representatives. Candidates with previous telemarketing experience are preferred, excellent English language skills are a must. Your role shall involve you:
- Taking outbound calls and identifying potential clients who we can help after going through the set criteria then converting to hot leads/claims.
- Your job shall include gathering personal information also you shall be transferring calls to our financial specialists who verify the details and close the sale.
