Job Description
To maintain office record / files
To receive bills / invoices and process for payment and keep record.
To raise purchase requisitions through system for purchases and keep follow up with purchase department for purchase orders, receive goods and arrange Goods Receipt Notes.
To maintain proper record of company's fleet of vehicles, arrange maintenance of vehicles through workshops and insurance and keep proper record.
All Admin Support work including Housekeeping, Security, Canteen, Building Maintenance, utility bills etc.
Job Specification
Excellent Computer Skills.
Knowledge of ERP / SAP
The person is Required urgently to fill the vacant position.
