Job Description
Responsible for lead generation, setting up meetings, presentations with relevant representative from operation / technical teams.
Actively and successfully manage the sales process credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; and confirmation of sale.
Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to our company are captured and explored.
Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following THK procedure.
Ensures that our company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
Responsible for new business, Support would be available from the directors for complex large pitches and strategies.
Interact with other departments including Relationship Managers and Operations Managers when handing over confirmed sales ensuring full and correct brief to RMs in all initial aspects of the project.
Job Specification
Good Communication skills - both verbal and written.
Strong writing and editing abilities to write and edit proposals and documents.
Strong Banking Knowledge.
Firm knowledge of IT so to understand the client needs and communicate them to the software team.
Should have good connections in Punjab for enterprise solutions.
Ability to meet the timelines in tough schedules.
