Sr. Software Engineer - JAVA

We have an immediate opening for an mid level Java based experienced software engineers for our Lahore office. Resources will have a chance to work on enterprise level solution for an international market.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
Must have skills for requirements assessment and analysis, can perform quality R&D's.
At least 3-5years of hands-on experience working with Java/J2EE standards.
Expertise in core Java, especially in J2EE.
Experience in relevant frameworks or technologies such as Hibernate, Spring and any of following JSF, JSP, Servlet and Flex .
Knowledge/Experience of JBPM/Workflows will be considered as plus point
Server Configuration and deployments experience will be consider as plus.
Thorough technical knowledge of development methodologies, design and implementation.
Must be a good team player

Good communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skill.

Experience with JDBC, Hibernate, and/or other database access technologies.

Experience developing server solutions using Tomcat, JBOSS, Eclipse.

Experience developing Servlets

Experience in designing GUI.

Experience with biometric capture devices including template manipulations a plus.

Thorough technical knowledge of development methodologies, design and implementation.

Good understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance.

Proficient in data analysis and entity-relationship modeling with a strong understanding of software architectures and software lifecycle methodology.

Skills in research and analysis.

Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with customers, suppliers, senior management, and other company personnel.

Capacity to understand, interpret and explain complex technical systems.

Demonstrates an ability to be flexible on priorities while working accurately, with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment.
