Job Description
Prepare Annual Business Plan for the assigned portfolio. Spread the annual plan into quarterly goals and convert it further into monthly targets.
Manage Principal’s business agenda in line with the market potential and growth.
Plan product promotion activities, including exhibitions and road shows, along with the Marketing unit.
Cultivate and nurture leads and prospects in line with the quarterly and monthly business plan.
Prepare, conduct and deliver presentations and demonstrations of Network & Application Performance portfolio to new and existing customers.
Prepare technical write-ups and proposals based on testing needs of customer requirements
Support the sales teams during engagements by providing advice, solutions or proposals optimized to meet customer requirements.
Assist Sales team in responding to sales related queries, functional and technical queries of Tenders and RFPs.
Provide overall business solutions based on technical and functional requirements working closely with the Principal.
Job Specification
Minimum 4 years experience in Presales or Business Development in a Solution Provider or System Integrator domain.
Should have a sound understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite, LAN, IT network, and systems deployed in an enterprise.
Should have a sound understanding of the Network Performance tools, Network Management tools, or OSS platforms used in Data/IT networks.
Should have an exposure of T&M products, covering the Network Performance or Service Assurance platforms, manufactured by FLUKE Networks, EXFO, JDSU, etc.
Awareness of industry standards, market trends, customer business, and geographical landscape is essential for this role.
Have strong passion in business solutions and techno-commercial aspects.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of people.
Excellent presentation skill with good command over English language.
Self-motivated having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.
Able to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
Willingness to travel up to 50%
