Prepare Annual Business Plan for the Data portfolio. Spread the annual plan into quarterly goals and convert it further into monthly targets.
Manage business agenda of respective Principals (Cisco, ALU, Aruba) in line with the market potential and growth.
Plan product promotion activities, including exhibitions and roadshows, in collaboration with the Marketing unit.
Cultivate and nurture leads and prospects in line with the Enterprise Data portfolio business plan.
Prepare technical write-ups and proposals based on customer requirements providing best solutions while integrating Data (Cisco, ALU, Aruba) portfolio.
Design and develop technical solutions based on customer requirements.
Prepare HLD and LLD diagrams illustrating technical solutions and to aid the proposals.
Prepare BOQ as per the technical solution and in line with the product portfolio.
Support the sales teams during engagements by providing advice, solutions or proposals optimized to meet customer requirements.
Assist Sales team in responding to sales related queries, functional and technical queries of Tenders and RFPs.
Provide overall business solutions based on technical and functional requirements working closely with the Principal.
Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the solutions to new and existing customers.
Generate pre-sales support documents and demonstrate setups of specific modules.
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum 4 years experience in Presales or Business Development in a Solution Provider or System Integrator domain.
Ideally, should have certification(s) on Cisco platform, e.g. CCNP or CCDP, or any other equivalent certification. Non-certified candidates prepared to give an exam shall be considered too.
Should have a sound understanding of the packet technologies governing today’s converged enterprise networks.
Complete knowledge of Layer-2, 3, 4 protocols and technologies, including Switching, Routing, QOS, and VPN.
Should have good exposure of Data products, primarily Cisco, and others e.g. Juniper, Foundry, Alcatel-Lucent etc.
Awareness of industry standards, market trends, customer business, and geographical landscape is essential for this role.
Have strong passion in business solutions and techno-commercial aspects.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of people.
Excellent presentation skill with good command on English language.
Self-motivated having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.
Able to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
Willingness to travel up to 50%
