Job Description
The primary role is to support the CEO in both personal and professional matters.
Following are the key duties of this job:
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of meetings
- Generate meeting reminders to CEO in a professional manner
- Review, organize and respond to mail
- Manage bill payments
- Ensure guests meeting with the CEO are well taken care of
- Day to day running around
- Other duties as assigned
Job Specification
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent organisational / management skills, ability to multi-task and organise others
- Must have past relevant experience
