Job Description

1)To believe in the Company Vision & Products by heart, soul and mind and transfer the same in the market.
2)Product Knowledge, responsible to have command on products and demonstration capability. 3)Market Data, responsible to make & maintain competitor database including general information, details of
products, prices & marketing strategies.
4)Make his list of users against products and schedule visits accordingly.
5)Share his weekly & monthly schedule / visits with the seniors in HO.
6)Sent his weekly activity report(s) via email to his seniors with copy to Manager Business Development.
7)Maintain their own inventory of brochures, papers, materials required for marketing & coordinate with the HO.
8)Update market data on monthly basis and submit the same to HO.
9)Establish satisfied customer database which can be used as a reference for the Company.
10)Find out the need of customers and list value added services that can be provided instead of discounts to kill competition.
11)Do weekly product sessions amongst team members.
12)Responsible for overall sales and marketing activities in his assigned
hospitals / areas.
13)Preempt & post tender working under supervision of his Manager.
14)Plan & execute marketing activities in his assigned hospitals and suggest selling activities to improve sales.
