Provide verified data to Supervisor for the development of HR plan and annual HR budget.
Provide inputs to upgrade, develop existing,new job descriptions.
Enter data in HR data bases, and maintain manual filing systems and updated employee HR record.
Arrange selection board for hiring the potential candidates in consultation with Head HR.
Maintain and update leave and attendance record.
Process monthly pay roll and benefits of employees and update information in HR related database.
Provide support to supervisor to gather data for Performance Appraisal of all Employees.
Prepare notices and reference letters for any induction, discontinuation, appraisal or grievances.
