Responsibilities of HR Recruiter:

• Maintaining Recruitment and Retention
• Designing and updating job descriptions
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Requirements:

1- Min 1 year of experience in relevant field is required
2- Complete knowledge of Recruitment process
