Paragon Associates is looking for 20+ UK utilities Telecom and Electricity sales executive with a passion for sales or customer service and a desire to achieve success!
An Ideal Candidate should have preceding 1 Year Experience in UK utilities any reputable organization. A perfect candidate should have a faith in sales industry. We strongly believe that the key is not to call the decision maker. The key is to have the decision maker call you.
Please note inexperienced candidate will not be shortlisted.
Job Specification
Dialing calls professionally.
Encourage customers.
Research required information using available resources.
Handle and resolve customer concerns, and change their thoughts about savings.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Enter customer information.
Process orders, forms and applications.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Route calls to appropriate resource.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Complete call logs.
Job Timings (2pm to 11:30pm)
Working days: (Monday to Friday)
