We are looking for HR + Admin Assistant For Following Job Responsibilities:
To Manage HR Responsibilities and define Recruitment & Selection process. To maintain all employees personal record. To Manage Administrative issues. Assist to Accounts Section for filing and other work. To maintain employees attendance and leave record. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. Maintain positive work environment by resolving all day-to-day HR issues.
Fresh Graduate, Bachelors / Masters in HR from renowned university
Must Have good communication skills, soft spoken and good inter personal skills. Analytical, creative, and innovative thinking skills Must have computer knowledge and can operate Word / Excel / PowerPoint Teamwork and collaboration skills Undertake any other work assigned by the management.
