Must have production level experience in upgradation of oracle database as well R12

Should be able to guide sizing the hardware requirements for Oracle products like ERP R12, Discoverer, OBIEE, RMAN, Data Guard.

Installation, configuration and monitoring oracle applications and oracle products.

Cloning, patching, ppgrading Oracle Applications environment especially in 64-bit environment.

Must have experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting Linux operating system.

Monitoring system/hardware/oracle applications performance tuning.

Troubleshooting concurrent manager issues and concurrent requests.

Guide and help to resolve the metalink SRs issue with oracle financials team.

Must have core oracle programming skills including SQL, PLSQL.

Experience with High Availability solutions including RMAN, DataGuard and RAC.

Should have working experience in Oracle Discoverer 10g and Business Intelligence OBIEE 11g.

Experience in handling Disaster Recovery Site for Oracle Database.

Oracle database installation, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting on versions 10gR2 through to 11gR2.

Database Backup and Recovery solutions including RMAN hot and cold backups, export backups, and backup scripting and Incremental Strategies.

Oracle Database Management and Monitoring with EM Control

Performance Tuning including EM Control Tuning pack, ADDM and AWR

Expeience in creating jobs and scheduls in EM Control.

Knowledge of Oracle Database, ASM, RMAN, Data Guard configuration and best practices.

Architecture knowledge including enterprise storage planning.

Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills.

Minimum of 5 years as an Oracle Database Administrator specializing in E-Business Suite administration, operations, support and maintenance
